Q: What is a preorder? A: A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock, as it is still in production. The production process will be completed based on the total number of pre-orders received. As a result, the delivery time for pre-ordered items is different from regular orders. The expected delivery dates will be clearly listed on the product page and/or collection page. Since the items are still being made, these dates are estimates and may change. We will update the information if any changes occur.
Before finalizing your order, please check whether the product is available for pre-order. Once the pre-order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Q: Can I modify a preorder? A: Yes, you can request to change the model you selected from the options available in the pre-order collection.
