- Viqueria is delighted you have chosen a timepiece from our collection, which lives up to the brand’s know-how, based on research combined with passion, technical excellence and timeless elegance. That’s why our timepieces comes with a 24 months international warranty.
- Our Viqueria watch is warranted by Viqueria Italian Watch Co. srls for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Viqueria warrants that the internal movement, mechanisms and the case of your Viqueria watch are free from defects. The international Viqueria warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Viqueria watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Viqueria dealer* (“valid warranty certificate”).
- Before being sent, each product is subjected to an exhaustive quality control. We carefully check, select and package each order, to ensure that you will receive it in optimum conditions;
- We use only express service, the delivery time is around 3-5 business days. Please, note that the packages that have to go through customs may suffer a slight delay that depends on the customs agents;
- We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your order. This information is also available in your customer profile
- We are aware that our products have a deep emotional and sentimental character; therefore we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is the reason why we want to give you the opportunity to experience if your new piece fits you.
- You have 14 days to decide whether your new purchase pleases you, starting from the reception date. The return cost for orders from ITALY is €12 – EUROPE €20 – US €25 – WORLDWIDE €30
- Please, note that your order will only be refunded once we have received it and we have verified the package and the condition of the items.
